Cancellation conditions and withdrawal
According to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG (Distance and Outward Transactions Act), there is no right of withdrawal free of charge for the online booking of accommodation, not even a 14-day right of withdrawal. Cancellation is possible by unilateral declaration of the contracting party only with payment of cancellation fees:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which you can take out at any travel agency or insurance office or online before booking.
You can withdraw from the tour at any time before the start of the tour. The date of receipt of the written cancellation declaration by us is decisive.
Our cancellation fees for the holiday flats are as follows in case of cancellation:
- up to 80 Days before arrival 40% of total bill
- up to 40 Days before arrival 70% of total bill
- up to 14 Days before arrival 90% of total bill
- 14 days or less before arrival 100% of total bill
- Cancellation on arrival date 100% of total bill
If we manage to find another tenant for the same period and under the same conditions, only 20% of the rental price will be charged, regardless of the cancellation date.
Corona / Covid-19
Corona is no longer a blanket cost-free cancellation reason for your trip booked with us, as Corona is known to be an event. Only in the case of a lockdown in Tyrol or Austria at the time of your travel dates, you can withdraw from the contract, as fulfilment is then not possible. In this case, you will be refunded any payments made. Further payments or claims for compensation against us are excluded in this case.
You should also take out travel cancellation insurance for your own Corona illness, as this is not a cost-free reason for cancellation.
Otherwise, the general cancellation conditions as described above apply.
Terms of payment:
40 % deposit within 8 days after booking
Final payment 10 days before departure
(to the account stated in the booking confirmation)
